A Classic Wedding Event | Mariel and Alejandro

Mariel and Alejandro had a beautiful, classic wedding celebration at The Briarcliff Manor in Briarcliff Manor, NY.

A Jewish wedding ceremony took place overlooking the Hudson Valley. Great music and a family celebration continued after the outdoor cocktail hour. Continue reading to learn more about this classic wedding event.

Bride and Groom Suite

Mariel arrived at The Briarcliff Manor with her hair and makeup completed and just needed to put her dress on. We were taking detail photos of the invitation, rings, shoes, flowers and all the important items of the day. Once the bride was ready we captured the last minute prep moments and brought dad in to see his beautiful daughter.

The Briarcliff Manor has a beautiful full length mirror in the brides suite. Mariel looked amazing! Dad knocked and came in, tears were evident and her brother came in next.

Alejandro and his guys showed up dressed and ready for photos. Alejandro went over his private vows a few more times and was ready to go see his bride for the first time. The guys all looked really handsome and relaxed in the grooms suite while the first look happened.

First Look Moment

As the bride, dad and brother were having an emotional first look moment in the bride suite we set the groom up for his first look.

The Briarcliff Manor has a few great locations for the first look. The front of the manor is usually the best spot for this and we help give direction and support to the couple in this photo session.

Private Vows

Mariel and Alejandro had a Jewish wedding ceremony but chose to share private vows with each other beforehand. We captured these moments and tears as they happened on-site at The Briarcliff Manor. There are many great locations for the private vows at this venue and we chose this gazebo for the privacy factor.

Bridal Party Photographs

The bride and groom included both family and long time friend to be included in the bridal party. These photos are classic and will follow the couple forever. After the wedding day is over, Mariel and Alejandro will only have these photos to remember this moment .

Wedding Ceremony

The couple relaxed in the bridal suite while the guests sat for the outdoor ceremony. The weather was amazing, just right. The ceremony was about 15 minutes and everyone celebrated as the couples said the I Do’s. We cheered as well.

Outdoor Cocktail Hour

Congratulations! What a great moment, we captured this grerat photo as the couple walked back down the aisle after tying the knot .

The cocktail hour began as the guest remained outside on the lawn. The venue has some really beautiful grounds and the guests and family love to capture the family photos at this time.

Wedding Reception

And the party went on! The family and friends celebrated with great entertainment and an amazing culinary experience.
